A complete application to the Air Force SFFP includes:

• A completed online application form, including citizenship, demographic, contact, and employment information
• An electronic copy of your curriculum vitae (CV) uploaded in Adobe PDF format Complete contact information for three references, one of whom must be your Department Head or Dean
• An electronic copy of your research proposal uploaded in Adobe PDF format

Please note: It is suggested that you upload your proposal only after you have received approval from the advisor of the program to which you are applying.
